The Long Journey Forward....
After the death of his son by the hands of Android 66, everything in Kai's world began to fall apart.
The desire to see his son no matter what the consequences was like an addiction....for 2 years he searched the galaxy for the DarkStar Dragonballs...nothing good would happen if the wish was made.
If it wasn't for Goku and King Kai calling in a favor from King Yemma, events would have unfolded much differently. It was all thanks to his son that saved Kai from himself.
There will always be a void that will never close....but the fight is never over. Progress was being made....
But not too long after these events transpired...
His partner Keya, took the cowards way out and ran to some far off world universes away. She was damaged goods since day one, and with a lot of patience there was a slight glimmer of hope with her, but after the death of their son, apparently it was too much for her.
Shutting herself off from everyone, telling herself lies just to forget it all...Keya does what she does best....run away and hide.
There was nothing left for Kai on Earth. His family was gone, his only friend was off training with the Dragons....it was time.
Time for another chapter to be written filled with adventures and glory...
The Planet Trade Organization has been extremely active of late, and with the death of Lord Frieza, Cooler, Cold and Frost....new Overlords wish to continue where they have failed.....
The Universe still needed heroes, and no one was answering....
Fighting is in his blood...
It's time to suit up and prepare...

Here is the idea Ive been working on...
This is a great way to introduce the new chapter/adventure for Kai (my dbz oc for those who arent familar). The story is still being written, but each block represents either a key moment of past events or a preview of the newest tale...
I will say this much...the time is about 7-8 years after Goku absorbs the dragonballs. So yea, this is not canon and now follows the dbgt/dbaf timeline. New characters and an old "friend" will be the main cast. Raiji from Kai's past which will include Lord Icer (Raiji's Father)(Raiji is half saiyan/half ice-jin), Tsubaki (Saiyan-female and new love interest], and Lord Xiro (son of Lord Frost).
Other appearances from canon and various oc's may occur but will be explained.

Now 66 sets his sights on Tsubaki..who is more vulnerable now then ever.
